My name is Erica and I am a Certified Empower Me With Kinesiology Practitioner and Certified Life and Health Coach. I began my health journey 20 plus years ago, and through my experience, I have arrived at a place where I am ready to share my experience and serve others. We are not just a body, but instead multidimensional; body, soul and spirit, and we cannot heal one without the other. My own path in healing led me on a journey the past years and I have learned many modalities and gained lots of knowledge, skills and insight of how our body, mind and spirit are meant to heal with a little Love and support.
While my background is in Accounting along with an MBA, my joy and passion will always be helping people heal from pain, wounds, trauma, toxins, limited beliefs etc. I acknowledge that I can do nothing apart from Jesus Christ and am merely a conduit, a mere vessel, and am honored to humbly serve, nurture and love individuals back to health. I would be honored to help facilitate greater shifts for you to live a more free, abundant and a manageable lifestyle. Each person is unique; therefore I simply cannot offer a broad plan for healing. Instead, I take into account the person as a whole and we come up with a plan for success. It is tailored to the individual and to your specific needs. Together, let’s regain your power and live the life you were meant to live.
Lastly, I am truly grateful for my mentors who nurtured, challenged and believed in me on this amazing journey of life and I would not be where I am if it was not for them. In my spare time I enjoy baking, reading and spending time with my family. My children have been my greatest teachers in this life thus far. I am grateful and blessed beyond measure! I look forward to serving you. Blessings!
